Booking portal

Step-by-step booking guide

Follow these four clear steps to begin your counselling or supervision journey at Bluebird Counselling & Supervision. You can adjust your preferences and manage appointments anytime via the online portal.

1. Initial contact & inquiry

Get in touch using the contact form or by email to check my current availability. We can then set up a consultation to chat about your situation and see whether my practice feels like the right fit for you.

2. Portal invitation & setup

Once we decide to work together following our consultation, I’ll send you an invitation to the Therasee client portal. Before our first session, you’ll also be asked to complete a few intake forms, including your client details, contract, and therapy preferences.

3. Select your preferred slot

Log in to view available times for in-person or online sessions. Choose the day and time that best suits your routine, and receive an instant automated confirmation with location or video link details.

4. Manage ongoing appointments

Existing clients can return to the booking portal at any time to book regular appointments and view their upcoming schedule. Therasee will also send automated invoice reminders before each appointment. Please ensure payment is made 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Booking portal FAQs

Where's the booking portal link?

If you are an existing client or supervisee and would like to book a session online, access the booking portal here.

How do I make payment for sessions?

Please make payment via BACs at least 48 hours in advance. Payment details can be found in the contract you signed at the start of your counselling or supervision sessions and are also included on the invoice issued by Therasee.

Do you have availability outside of what is listed on the portal?

On occasion, I may be able to offer sessions outside the availability listed on Therasee. Please feel free to contact me via the contact form or email. In exceptional circumstances and at my discretion, I may be able to arrange an appointment at a mutually convenient time.

Why can't I cancel my session with less than 48 hours notice?

Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

This is because, with less than 48 hours’ notice, I am unable to offer that appointment time to another client.

Is Therasee GDPR compliant?

Yes, I take this extremely seriously. I do not use Therasee’s notes feature. All data collected through Therasee is securely stored and encrypted in UK-based data centres. Therasee does not use your data for AI training and is registered with the ICO.
